Ran the Valley to make sure pot holes are covered and did some recon work to see if the three-legged blind in one-eye dog was roaming around.

Run the Valley started as a small 10K race in 1998. Since then, the small town race has grown into one of the regions top events. It's a great family event with runners having a Fun Run, 5K, 10K & 1/2 Marathon to choose from. Plus, it's part of the Best of Badin Festivities.
The race starts in Badin at the post office.
There are group runs meeting at the Badin Post Office at the following times:
Labor Day 9/6 6:00 am
Tuesday 9/7 6:00 pm
Thursday 9-9 6:00 PM
Sunday 9/12 6:30 am
Tuesday 9/14 6:00 PM

The 1/2 Marathon takes runners through Morrow Mountain State Park to the top of the very scenic Morrow Mountain!
