Cross Country and Track Program
Vac & Dash supports local cross country and track programs by giving high school and college athletes 10% off shoes and apparel. Plus, during cross country and track season students get a free Vac & Dash

During the XC season, Vac & Dash donates the timing clock to the local high schools for area XC meets, writes xc articles for the local media, posts meet results on our web-site, etc. Our goal is to share knowledge to help the kids turn their visions into reality.
Vac & Dash Cross Country Camp
Turning Visions to Reality
Vac & Dash began our summer xc program as a way to motivate kids to
run over the summer. We feel that kids that enter the XC Season with miles on their legs will perform better and have a lower risk of injury.
Get a jump on the fall cross country season by participating in the
Vac & Dash Cross Country Camp as part of the Albemarle Parks and Recreation Summer Program.
When: Camp Begins June 22 and ends July 28th
Runners will meet on Monday evenings and Wed. Mornings.
(We realize it's summer and you may not make every session.)
Cost: $65.00 Includes lots of cool stuff.)

Event Timing
Let Vac & Dash time your event for you. Our speciatly is small and start-up races with 125 or less runners. Fees are $350.00 for races up to 65 runners. Add $2.25 per runner above 65. Example, if your race had 75 runners, total cost would be $372.50 ($350 plus 22.50). Nominal travel fee for races outside Stanly County.
