Running Routes in Stanly County, NC

I love running along the friendly roads of Stanly County. Over the past years, I’ve logged thousands of miles along the county’s scenic streets.  The streets are wide and the dogs are typically not running loose. I’m usually laced up and hitting the pavement by 5:45 am, so traffic is not much of a factor for me. I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite courses for both beginners and experienced runners to enjoy. A tip for beginners, start slow and gradually build your distance.  I’m always looking for new routes to try.  If you have any favorites that you would like to share, please let me know.  I can be reached at 704-983-3274 or peter@vacanddash.com.
